The book has 5 chapters from Understanding the food industry to creating a culture of health. Filled with great information and guidance, with a strong focus on exercise and creating a healthy lifestyle.

Book Review - Kettlebell Training by Steve Cotter



Kettlebell Training contains 95 exercises for strength and weight loss. It is an easy to use guide that will help you set goals and select exercises to create a workout plan or follow the sample programs of sport specific routines such as football, soccer, mixed martial arts or tennis. The book contains step by step instructions with detailed photos.


Author Steve Cotter a Kettlebell expert has trained elite athletes, Navy Seals and U.S Marines.
‘Steve Cotter taught me the basics of Kettlebell lifting at a time I didn’t have any clue about Kettlebells. They have become a staple in my program and my athletes programs ever since’ Sean Skahan-Strength training and conditioning coach, Anaheim Ducks.

I enjoyed incorporating this book with its exercises into my fitness routine, I enjoyed mixing and matching the exercises to suit my training and no doubt have become fitter because of it. Anne

Book Review—Brunette Ambition By Lea Michelle


Lea Michelle one of the stars of Glee-Rachel Berry, reveals lessons and life advice that have worked for her from meal plans and delicious recipes to being under the spotlight and on the red carpet.The book is filled with colourful pictures of Lea at different stages in life and throughout her career.

Brunette Ambition is an interesting read. I enjoyed reading the fitness plan and beauty advice. I also enjoyed reading the frequently asked fan questions. In all an inspiring and motivating book. Anne

Happy body – Fabulous 40s and 50s with TV Physio Anna- Louise Bouvier This DVD is a general intro to how your body changes and what you can easily do to maximize your strength and fitness whatever level you are currently at as you encounter the effects of gravity as you age. The short chapters are a bit annoying but the walking workout is achievable and easily modified to all fitness levels. Also held is one targeting the 60s and 70s. Wendy
